UCPMP 2024
The 2024 code asks companies to record the product, doctor, quantity and date of every free sample, and caps samples at 12 packs per drug, per doctor, per year. PeopleG builds that register from the evening calls.
PeopleG helps you keep these records. It is not legal advice. Confirm your obligations with your compliance team.
