An admin adds the people who file. They call from their own phone. PeopleG asks that company’s questions and writes the answers. It does not invent a doctor, a product, or a quantity. The company that signs up is responsible for the reports its people file.
A trial is 14 days, up to 10 people, and 200 call minutes. No card is taken to start. One company uses one trial.
India prices exclude 18% GST. A yearly plan is charged as 11 months. You can pay by UPI or card. A larger team can be invoiced. You can change or cancel the plan from Settings. Write to us if a charge looks wrong.
Reports are stored in India, on servers in Mumbai. PeopleG does not keep a copy of the call recording. The words needed to write the report are kept with it. Each company sees only its own people and reports.
You can cancel from Settings. After a paid plan is cancelled, write to us if you need a copy of what was filed. Export of a company’s reports from the product is still being built.
