Where reports go

The call lands in a Google Sheet.

One row per visit. The columns follow your template. The rep never opens the sheet.

What a row contains

One row per visit: who filed, who they met, the place, the products, and the quantity. The columns follow the template you use. A corrected report updates its rows.

How you connect it

The owner shares the sheet so PeopleG can edit it, then pastes the sheet link in Settings. PeopleG only opens that sheet.

The person in the field

They call from their own phone. They do not open the sheet, and they do not need a Google account.

If a row does not land

The report is still in PeopleG. A sheet write that fails is tried again.
